Drew, Co-owner and Partner at T&G is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology. He assesses and guides individuals from operational and graduate levels through to guiding ASX-listed Boards on CEO appointments. Drew has constructed and analysed individual, team and organisational people management activities since 1999 and has been the Australian practice leader for a global executive development and recruitment consultancy. He has designed and managed leadership development and assessment for selection programs, involving business simulations, psychometric assessment,
feedback and strategic overview discussions for several thousand participants. 

Drew has extensive experience in organisational restructures and group wide role clarity assignments. He has consulted in the areas of:

  • Selection and assessment process

  • 360-Degree Feedback

  • Leadership development

  • Design and facilitation of leadership and workforce development, competency profiling and leadership frameworks

  • Succession management

  • Staff engagement and performance management.

  • Diagnosing and remediating cultural and team issues

Drew‘s industry experience is international and spans local, state and federal government, banking and financial services, insurance, mining, heavy industry, telecommunications, engineering services, employment services, pharmaceutical, medical, legal and professional services, transport, utilities, elite sports, entertainment and IT sectors. He is sought after for his positive and commercially-minded approach to guiding clients in difficult contexts. Drew is also an accomplished visual artist.
